Believers likely will quickly respond, "yes," but can you explain why Jesus being born of a virgin is important?  The question is discussed in this program relevant to our celebration of Christmas.

Although skepticism is mounting in the evolutionary community about Darwinism's ability to explain how evolution happens, evolution as the cause for all diversity of life is still adamantly believed by large numbers of scientists, and very unfortunately, also by many educators in Christian colleges.

The state of Darwinism today is described further. Evidence from the disciplines of genetics and molecular biology casts doubts on natural selection's ability to cause evolution.  This is a reprisal of the same phenomenon which occurred several decades ago in the field of paleontology. 

You don't hear about it in the mainstream media or various "science shows," however, large numbers of scientists are skeptical that Darwin's foundational mechanism for evolutionary change-natural selection-explains how evolution happens.

It's not just in the movies that we can find an obsession with alien life from outer space.  The field of astronomy seems focused on it too.  The latest data from the Web Space Telescope is  discussed in this program.

Job chapter 9 is an especially vivid description of the power of the Almighty displayed in creation. His making and controlling the stars of the universe are highlighted.

In Job chapter 9 we read the first extensive description of some of the "wondrous works without number (vs 10) the Creator performed in the beginning.  The purpose of the description being to demonstrate God's omnipotence.

Bildad makes a "telling" remark Job 8:8-9, about the short lifespans of their day; a remarkable statement since Job certainly lived well over 200 years, perhaps even 300 years.  The indication being, their ancestors lived much longer lives, confirming the genealogical records of Genesis.

A mutation that results in dwarfism also prevents cancer and diabetes, evidence for evolution by means of natural selection.  However, though it can be construed as and example of "survival of the fittest," it doesn't solve evolution's need for novel genetic information producing new abilities.

Shaddai, the Almighty, is a name used to identify the Lord as Creator in Job.  It also is used when talking about God as the Judge of His creation.  Shaddai made the world, and Man, He has the right to judge the world, and in particular, Man.
